topic
- Knowledge of library services/brand
**Questions For Users:**
- Do they find it convienent? (are they generally at Mission Bay?
- Is the format right? (one on one versus class, time allotted)
- Did it lead to other interactions with the library (other library classes,
interactions with library help)
**Existing Data**
- LibCal records (has registered attendees, not counts for those that
actually showed up)
- Service Now/Zendesk reports LibQUAL data related
to Mission Bay
**Assessment Method**
- Questionnaire for Users who have taken Pop-ups (launch in January?)
- Data mining (LibCal registration records)
