This component contains three R scripts that allow to compute marginal probabilities and Bayes factors for the order-constrained pair-clustering model using the data by Riefer et al. (2002): 1. A script with functions to set up the importance sampler. 2. An analysis script to run the importance sampler 3. An analysis script implementing the encompassing prior approach (with decomposition).
