The numerical order of the life events is as follows: 1. "Entered a new relationship (lasting at least 1 month)" 2. "Started a new job" 3. "Changed major/stopped university studies/apprenticeship" 4. "Broke off a relationship with a boyfriend/girlfriend" 5. "Illness or injury of a family member" 6. "Illness or injury of a friend" 7. "Won an academic award or prize" 8. "Change in sleeping habits (much more or less sleep)" 9. "Convicted for a minor offence (fare dodging, speeding, etc.)" 10. "Death of a family member" 11. "Increased working hours" 12. "Went abroad" 13. "Got promoted at work" 14. "Failed an important exam" 15. "Own injury or illness" 16. "Changed to another university/apprenticeship" 17. "Sexual problems" 18. "Death of a friend" 19. "Quit smoking" 20. "Change in eating habits (much more or less food intake)" 21. "Moved out of home" 22. "Began regular work after graduation" 23. "Parents broke up or divorced" 24. "Had an abortion (self or partner)" 25. "Change in financial situation (much better or worse)" 26. "Quit a job / Lay-off" 27. "Got married" 28. "Got pregnant (self or partner)" 29. "Started psychotherapy" 30. "Borrowed a large amount of money (more than €1,000)"
