[*Back to Home*][1] WP Identity ----------- **Leader**: Anonymized **Contributors**: Anonymized **WP start**: 17/01/2022 **WP end**: 16/06/2023 Objectives ---------- 1. To investigate the frequency of TCAM and iNAR behavior over a 14-days period in a community sample. 2. To investigate the relations between daily variations in TCAM + iNAR and variables of interindividual differences (personality, thinking styles, thinking dispositions and a set of measures capturing broadly defined domain of ITBs, as well as retrospective assessment of TCAM + iNAR) - hierarchical data structure. 3. To investigate the relations between retrospectively assessed TCAM + iNAR and variables of personality, thinking styles, thinking dispositions and a set of measures capturing the broadly defined domain of irrational beliefs. 4. To inform WP4 on the findings (to inform the final selection of the variables to be included in the study on the representative sample of the population). Description of Work ------------------- This WP will carry out the work related to the daily assessment of TCAM and iNAR practices using experience sampling methodology, as well as relating them to a set of variables assessing individual differences in personality, thinking styles and thinking dispositions, and a broad set of irrational beliefs. The work to be conducted includes: - Improvement of the existing Android based app for experiecne sampling and developement of iOS based xSample app for experience sampling. - Using input from WP2 to to inform the development of the assessment battery. - Creating the final list of items (TCAM and iNAR) for experience sampling. - Recruiting participants and collecting the data. - Analyzing the data and selecting the final set of measures for use in subsequent work package (WP4). - Writing a preprint and submitting it to a journal. - Writing a lay summary of the results.
