## Overview This repository includes the study protocol, analysis plan, and background studies that contributed to the primary analysis funded by the NICHD Grant _Child health risks attributable to swimming in contaminated water at beaches in the United States_ ([R03-HD076066](https://projectreporter.nih.gov/project_info_description.cfm?aid=8493229)). The PI for the study was John M. Colford, Professor of Epidemiology at UC Berkeley. Ben Arnold maintains this archive, and was the principal scientist who led the analysis and primary outcomes manuscript, which was published in 2016. ## Data The Data component includes clean, de-identified analysis datasets and a basic set of accompanying metadata and documentation. ## Scripts All scripts for the primary analysis are available through GitHub and linked to this repository through the Scripts component. ## Additional resources As of this update to the repository (March 2018), there have been 3 articles published that used these datasets. Note that the scripts in this repository are for the primary outcomes article in AJPH: Arnold BF, Wade TJ, Benjamin-Chung J, Schiff KC, Griffith JF, Dufour AP, et al.
