Wiki Version:
To request access to the dataset, one will need to complete a Data Access Request (DAR). In order to do this, please log into your NDA Profile (https://nda.nih.gov/user/dashboard/profile.html), then visit Data Permissions dashboard (https://nda.nih.gov/user/dashboard/data_permissions.html) On this page, click 'Request Access" under the 'Actions' dropdown menu for the permission group you are requesting access to. You will then see further instructions on how to proceed. If you have any collaborating investigators, please make sure you add them to the request." The permission group that you need to request access to is "Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) / Connectome Coordination Facility (CCF)" since this is a CCF dataset. So basically, you'll make an NDA profile, go to the dashboard link, and begin the "request access" process for this permission group. At some point in this process you'll be given a Data Access Request ID (DAR ID), and that is what you'll need to use in support emails if you have any trouble. The last time someone accessed this data there was a minor issue with their access request, so they ended up copying me on a support email to ndahelp@mail.nih.gov and we resolved the issue quickly.
