This project models and investigates the effects of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) on the structure and function of human BST-2, which is also referred to as Tetherin, CD317, and HM1.24 antigen.
The ideas and data for this project were initially produced in the Biochemistry CURE project and were developed by Christopher E. Berndsen at James Madison University.
