## Participant Selection
This section is intended for the description of who was surveyed and how the survey sample was developed, including:
#### **Sampled Population**
What is the population from which participants were sampled?
#### **Sampling Strategy**
Including sampling decisions such as census, randomization, or stratification
#### **Specific Groups/Cohorts Sampled**
Name of group, defining characteristics, proportion of sample (e.g., cohorts can be defined by demographic group, institutional role, geographical location, etc.)
#### **Recruitment Strategy**
Identification, communication, follow-up, and any incentives provided to participants
