Wiki Version:
This project page provides questionnaire material for assessing falls history and concern about falling in English, Dutch and German that we have used in our studies in Maastricht. Please read the "Read Me" document before using the material for the correct reference information. For the Falls Efficacy Scale International (FES-I), be sure to consult their website (http://www.fes-i.org/) and the articles listed in the "Read Me" document. The FES-I is free to use for non-commercial purposes, permission for use should be requested by emailing fes-i@manchester.ac.uk with details of the proposed use.
