The original stimuli can be found here (http://face-categorization-lab.webnode.com/publications/) SSVEP stimulation has been possible thanks to a script running on Matlab developed by Fabienne Chetaiil (Unversité Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium) (https://osf.io/53hdb/; doi: 10.17605/OSF.IO/53HDB). A previous version of the manuscript can be found here (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/588236v1) Two additional groups of participants have been tested to complement the results of this experiment: (1) One group has been tested with the exact same SSVEP paradigm, but without any visibility scale at the end of the SSVEP sequences (= Experiment 1 BIS). (2) Another group has been tested as controls and among other things, on sequences of inverted images (= Experiment 1 CONTROL)
