This script is very similar to the first one, but here we have added a portion of code to not ignore the missing values (since we now have some missing values in the excel file) For our confirmatory sample: - Script we used to calculate alpha and omega of our questionnaire (questionnaire_confirm_all_12pp.R) - Script we used for our analysis between sensors (ok analyse data_confirm_all_12pp.R)
