Wiki Version:
CT data for *Antarcticoolithus bradyi* are all included in a ZIP file named **AntarcticoolithusCT.zip**. This ZIP file contains a folder names **huevo**, which includes: - Folders **huevo_05_I30s** and **huevo_05_I70h** contain raw CT image files in standard and high resolution, respectively, to be opened with 3D interactive visualization software (e.g. Avizo, VGSTUDIO). - Files **DGE_isosurface.hx**, **DGE_volume.hx**, and **HUEVO.labels.am** are project files generated in Avizo to compile the surface view of the specimen, as shown in Supplementary Video 1 in Legendre et al. (2020). They are to be opened in Avizo (preferably version 2019.1 or higher), and *should not be removed or relocated in a different folder* for the data to charge properly when opening them. - Folder **Movie Extended Data** contains TIFF files extracted from the Avizo project files and used to assemble Supplementary Video 1 in Legendre et al. (2020), showing the outer surface of the specimen. All files were generated using the high-resolution raw data. - File **Movie_Extended_Data.avi** is a high-resolution version of Supplementary Video 1 in Legendre et al. (2020). Reference 1.
