Research question: To what extent do eye movements during memory recall lead to increased levels of false memories?
Our hypotheses:
1. In general, higher false memories rates are expected for negative material during recognition, but not for recall.
2. Participants in the eye movement condition will show an increased formation of false memories (both negative and neutral) compared to the control condition, irrespective of recall group.
3. Both conditions in the delayed recall group will show higher false memory rates than the respective conditions in the immediate group.
4. More Remember responses for the critical lures are expected for participants in the eye movement group.
