Wiki Version:
This OSF project can be used to reproduce the findings from 3D curved space project,Kim, M. & Doeller, C.F. (bioRxiv). Adaptive cognitive maps for curved surfaces in the 3D world https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.08.30.458179v1 Suggested workflow: - Download the directory /data and /script - Scripts are in MATLAB .m files and data is also curated in MATLAB data structure .mat files. The scripts are tested in MATLAB R2017a, 2019b - Run /script/mainAnalysis_public.m to create main figures - Run /script/suppleAnalysis_public.m to create supplementary trajectory related figures - Those who don't have access to MATLAB can read the data in .txt formats which is placed in /data_textFormat directory - They can also see the MATLAB script and resulting figures saved in the web format http://misunkim.github.io/curveSurf/matlabHTML/mainAnalysis_public.html http://misunkim.github.io/curveSurf/matlabHTML/suppleAnalysis_public.html If you have any questions or comments, please contact Dr. Misun Kim (mkim@cbs.mpg.de)
