Wiki Version:
As part of an effort to improve NYU's Social Psychology PhD program, grad students from the program developed some surveys to better understand student (and faculty) experiences. We are sharing these materials here in the hopes that others might find it useful and in case other groups of students wanted to try something similar. [See this brief tweet thread][1] which summarizes our efforts during the academic year 2018-19. We also did some background research and found many helpful resources that aided us in updating our own program's (still-in-progress) handbook.
