Description: Given the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the geopolitical changes that threaten security but also our values and freedoms, we have decided to continue research on attitudes towards migrants - in this case towards Ukrainian refugees. The aim of the study is to find out how the negative emotions associated with the Russian aggression on Ukraine and the subjective assessment of an individual's life satisfaction are related to attitudes towards refugees and the support of asylum policy. We expect that low satisfaction and generally negative emotions (such as feelings of danger, helplessness or fear) will be related to a negative attitude towards migrants and refugees. Unlike the previous one, this study will additionally focus on the emotional responses and wellbeing of individuals.
