This component contains the hysteresis analyses for the slow-fill trials (saline infusion trials), isovolumetric trials, and plots from other published papers. The excel files for the slow-fill and isovolumetric trials also contain the correlation coefficients between firing rates and pressure and volume for each experiment. This folder also contains the .mat (Matlab data files) of the contraction times used in the analyses. For the SlowFillDataContractionTimes.mat file, first column was the experiment number, the second column contains the trial number, the 3rd and 4th column contains the start and end times of the contractions, and the 5th column contains the group id number. Contractions times in a given percent leak volume range have the same group id number. For the IsoVolTrials_ContractionTimes.mat file, the first 4 columns contain the same information as in contraction times mat file for slow fill, but the 5th column gives the actual volume in ml. All contraction times for the trials and leak volumes for each experiment are included as an excel document.
