---- Artifact rejection pipeline (Exp. 1) ---- This component contains the artifact rejection pipeline for Experiment 1. This pipeline is very similar to Experiment 2 - however, if a subject was missing specific data (i.e. if they didn't have eye tracking) then this pipeline will still run smoothly. This pipeline takes the raw EEG, EDF, and behavioral files ---- Overview ---- These script are written in Matlab and were run using Matlab 2016b. To run these scripts follow the instructions below: 1. Open "runERPs.m" in matlab 2. Change your directory to the folder with this script 3. Ensure that the sub-folders are on the path. This should happen automatically once you change your directory. But, double check if script is not running correctly. 4. Click "run" For this script, you need the raw data files. Please contact either Nicole Hakim (nhakim [at] uchicago [dot] edu) or Edward Awh (awh [at] uchicago [dot] edu). Due to storage limitations, we weren't able to upload all of the raw files to OSF. If you have recommendations about how/where to store large data files, please let us know!
