Wiki Version:
The present study (N=165) found that participants who reported better sleep hygiene the previous night reported better state self-control the following day, even after adjusting for trait self-control. Participants with high trait self-control also reported better sleep hygiene. The results illustrate the reciprocal relationship between good sleep hygiene and self-control.
