Wiki Version:
This respository contains the raw matrices extracted from the literature, the code for simulating matrices, the code for taking simulated data and deriving means and sampling variance and adding these data together with the meta-adata extracted from each study, and also the code for estimating meta-analytic model parameters. Users can use the '.Rmd' code script to run various aspects of the analysis themselves, or they can view the '.html' generated file which integrates output, code, figures and annotation in a more 'human-readable' format.
