Infrahumanization and Motor Resonance in Mixed Race Minimal Groups

This study assessed the effects of mixed race minimal groups on motor resonance and infrahumanization. Evidence suggests that intergroup biases respond to salient social categories, so we tested whether racial biases in motor resonance can be overturned when race is orthogonal to group membership. In addition, there has been little testing of infrahumanization with minimal groups, so we tested attribution of secondary emotions as well.
