Wiki Version:
Included on this OSF page are the following: - A data files folder with: - CSV file used for all unmatched analyses (unmatched_long_ldrr_crr.csv) - CSV used for all matched analyses (matched_long_ldrr_crr.csv) - Note: In both datasets, any variable name with "cw" at the end means it was within-person centered and any variable with "cb" at the end means it was between-person centered. To easily create centered within and between subject scores from the raw scores provided in this dataset, use the isolate function from the BMLM package in R: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/bmlm/bmlm.pdf. Any variable with "_c" at the end means that it was grand-mean centered (i.e., subtract the overall sample mean from the raw score) - A scripts folder with: - A cleaning/pre-processing file that shows how the data were cleaned (1_preprocessing_ldrr_crr.R) - NOTE: the raw data can only be accessed through contacting the research team managing the data (the [MASKED] project). - A script showing how the data were matched to create the final matched dataset (2_psm_ldrr_crr.R) - A script showing the unmatched, no covariate version of the model (3_estimate_model_noCovs_noCC.R) - A script showing the unmatched version of the model that adjusted for covariates (3b_estimate_model_covs_noCC.R) - A script showing the matched, no covariate version of the model (3c_estimate_model_noCovs_CC.R) - A script showing the matched version of the model adjusting for covariates -- this is the final model presented in the manuscript (3d_estimate_model_covs_CC.R) - A script showing how all visuals for the manuscript were created (4_visualize_ldrr_crr.R) - A script showing how all posteriors presented in the manuscript were extracted (posteriors.R) - A supplementary folder with: - An R script to run the models needed for model comparison (1_ModelFit_randomintercept.R) - An R script with code to replicate the model comparison loo analysis (1b_Loo_CompareModels.R) (note, you will need to download output from the google drive for this) - An R script with the analyses run to additionally adjust for relationship length in the final model (2_Model_covs_relLength_CC.R) - A full supplementary document with multiple supplementary analyses from the cleaning to analysis stage. A link to a google drive with all associated output (supplemental and core model output) is also included -- note that all analyses were run on a high power computing system and if you are to try to run these in R on your own computer, they are likely to take a few hours to run.
