Wiki Version:
"DRG Cross Section Analysis/MATLAB code/Required files" contains variable repositories required to run the scripts found in "DRG Cross Section Analysis/MATLAB code/Code" Most of the variable repositories are saved workspaces from PolarTransformer.m. These workspaces are all titled "expt#_left/right_spinalLevel." There is one workspace for each of the 26 DRG analyzed. Some variables in the workspace are required to run CellDistributionSimulator.m (see "DRG Cross Section Analysis/MATLAB code/Code" wiki) **summary.mat** This variable repository contains aggregate variables from PolarTransformer.m. See the note in "DRG Cross Section Analysis/MATLAB code/Code" wiki for naming convention. Variables with suffix `_angles` contain the polar angles for cell body pixels. Variables with suffix `_pix` contain the normalized radii for cell body pixels. These are matched to the values in the associated `_angles` variable. Variables with the suffixes `_red_angles` and _red_rad correspond to all pixel polar angles and normalized radii, respectively. **summary_nonnormalized.mat** This variable repository contains aggregate variables from PolarTransformer.m. See the note in "DRG Cross Section Analysis/MATLAB code/Code" wiki for naming convention. Variables with suffix `_cells` contain (x,y) coordinates, in pixels, for the centroid of each cell body in the associated DRG. Variables with suffix `_drg_area` contain the area, in pixels, of the associated DRG. **summary_sim** This variable repository contains aggregate variables from CellDistributionSimulator.m. See the note in "DRG Cross Section Analysis/MATLAB code/Code" wiki for naming convention. Variables with suffix `_sim_r` contain the mean nearest-neighbor distance for each of the 100 simulations performed for the associated DRG to produce the Randomness Analysis section in Ostrowski et al. Variables with suffix `_sim_sigma` contain the standard deviation of nearest-neighbor distance for the above simulations. Rows are matched for the `_sim_r` and `_sim_sigma` variables for each DRG.
