**Summary** This OSF archive includes materials for the analysis of the telomere length outcomes of the WASH Benefits Bangladesh trial (NCT01590095). The principal investigator for the trial is Stephen Luby at Stanford University, and the coordinating principal investigator for the overall WASH Benefits study is Jack Colford at UC Berkeley. This archive includes the trial's pre-specified analysis plan for the telomere length outcomes.
