Description: We hypothesized that viewing only the posterior tip of a honey bee's abdomen for continuous vs. discontinuous ventilation and the presence/absence of larger movements of the abdomen is sufficient to predict behavior, including sleep or heating, of honey bees when they are inside honeycomb cells.
