The study protocol for this systematic review was first submitted to PROSPERO on 21 of January 2020. The 3rd of February 2020 we were informed by a PROSPERO administrator that it would take 4-5 month until the protocol would be registered. Therefore, the same day the submission was withdrawn from PROSPERO and instead the protocol was uploaded here at Open Science Framework. The PROSPERO administrator strongly advised against withdrawing from PROSPERO, so the review will be registered with PROSPERO in along with the publication of the protocol here on the Open Science Framework Ross Baldessarini had to leave the group as he now has other obligations and priorities due to the coronavirus pandemic
