This is the official registration and data and code repository for the Silcton Hippocampal volume project (now published in the journal Cortex: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0010945219300371). There are two ways to view the data and code from this project. 1) Check out the [Github repo][1], which hosts the public processed data, a codebook, and a viewable Jupyter notebook with all analyses that appear in the paper, as well as additional exploratory analyses. 2) [Go directly to an interactive version of the Jupyter Notebook][2], which allows you to run your own analyses on the processed data.
