## Description This repository includes data, scripts, and output (notebooks) required to reproduce all results in the paper: Tedijanto, C., Solomon, A.W., Martin, D.L. et al. _Monitoring transmission intensity of trachoma with serology_. _Nature Communications_ **14**, 3269 (2023). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-023-38940-5 Please visit individual components for additional documentation on the data, and scripts. ## Linked repositories The Scripts component mirrors the GitHub repository https://github.com/proctor-ucsf/trachoma-sero-transmission , which may be convenient for cloning and running the code. All of the analyses run from Version 2 of de-identifed, harmonized datasets that have been archived in this OSF repository: https://osf.io/ykjc4/ . Please check there for more extensive documentation regarding the datasets and updates. ## Questions Should you have questions about this repository, please contact Ben Arnold at UCSF (ben.arnold@ucsf.edu), the PI for this study https://profiles.ucsf.edu/benjamin.arnold
