# Workflow in Python The goal of this workshop is to introduce Python as a tool for creating effective research workflows in the social sciences. Topics covered include automating data acquisition, acquiring and storing data from the web, as well as early-stage exploratory data analysis and consuming data in Python. Knowledge of the topics covered in this workshop is not assumed, though it is expected participants have some knowledge of basic Python concepts and syntax. December 2017
