The scripts to analyse the processed data can be found in the component [Analysis scripts][6]. To reproduce just our analyses (confirmatory and exploratory), you will only need to download the materials in the components [Processed data][4] and [Analysis scripts][6]. To reproduce the whole chain of data processing and analysis, you can download the materials in the components [Raw data][3], [Processing scripts][5] and [Analysis scripts][6]. Running the processing scripts on the raw data will produce the processed data, which can then be analysed using the analysis scripts.
