Wiki Version:
To execute this code, first download and unzip this repository. Install R and RStudio. In RStudio, open the base folder as an Rstudio project "File | new project | Existing Directory ". Scripts in the `R` folder should be executed in the numbered sequence. In step 2 you will need to manually intervene in order to automatically download the data (see instructions directly in the script). Some scripts may take a long time to run. It is recommended to do this on a machine with at least 4 cores and 16 Gb memory if possible. Some figure code is lacking at this time, but all relevant results are calculated here. Note also, we link to a separate GitHub repository where code is maintained.
