This project contains data and analysis code related to the manuscript "From exploration to exploitation: polarity of subjective uncertainty changes in ventromedial prefrontal " by Trudel, Scholl, Klein-Flügge, Fouragnan, Tankelevitch, Wittmann* & Rushworth* (2020). The zip file contains all behavioural choice data shown in the main manuscript. In addition, it contains Matlab code used for Bayesian model fitting and for the central behavioural GLM analysis. To use the data and code, download the file, unzip it and follow the instructions in the README.txt file.
