This is the processed data that was used for : Impact of chromatin ontext on Cas9-induced DNA ouble-strand break repair pathway balance. (Submitted to Molecular Cell) R. Schep et al. The data is organised as follows: The raw sequencing data is available at : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/PRJNA686952 Code is available at : https://github.com/vansteensellab/DSB_repair_TRIP The raw sequencing data has been processed with the `crispr_trip.snake` script with the config file: `rs20210105_TRIP_indels_config_cured.yaml` and meta data file: `rs20210105_metadata_Repair_TRIP_cured_split.txt` - **processed sequencing data** contains the required output files from the snakemake script for the R processing scripts - **R data output for analysis** contains the output files from the R processing scripts. These can be loaded to make the figures in this study. - **R markdown HTMLs** contains the R markdown HTMLs from the processing and plotting scripts used in this study. - **western blot unprocessed images (Figure S6)** contains raw imaging files.
