From 2002 to present, the Age IAT was available on the Project Implicit demonstration website (https://implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/selectatest.html Click on “Age IAT” to try it yourself). The Age IAT includes one standard IAT (Old people vs. Young people; Good vs. Bad), sets of explicit measures on attitude towards age (such as preference for old or young people, perception of one's own age), set of demographic questions (age, gender, race, etc.), and debriefing questions about how respondents thought about their IAT score after the task. From 2002 to the end of 2017, there are more than 2,152,169 session IDs created for Age IAT, and the overall completion rate is around 48.6%. There were 1,299,576 respondents who completed the standard IAT part of the task, which is 60.4% of the total respondents. Under this OSF project, you may download 1) Age IAT data sets with IAT score computed, self-report data labeled, and demographic information by year or for all years; 2) codebooks associated with each data set; 3) experiment materials and description of procedure; 4) Skeleton syntax for SPSS to start your own data analysis. The public data sets don't have participants' zip code/postcode to protect privacy. The data sets, however, have state, county, Metropolitan Statistical Area information for respondents who reported US zip codes.
