Wiki Version:
**[Using this Template][1]** **This project is hosted on the [Many Lab][2].** Edit this Wiki page, replacing the instructions with your answers to these questions before sending the link to the Many Lab administrators (manylab@cos.io). This information will help collaborators decide if they would like to join your project. Your answers do not need to be extensive but should give potential collaborators a broad overview of the project. **1. What is the project?** Describe your project here. What are the goals of your project? If you know when the project is expected to start and end, you may want to include that here. **2. What is required from collaborators?** List the minimum requirements for collaboration. This should include all tasks that collaborators will need to complete and any materials, equipment, or expertise that collaborators will need to have. If the project will require approval from an ethics committee, note that here. **3. What will collaborators get out of this?** Clearly state anything tangible that collaborators will receive. Often the final goal is publication, in which case you should clearly define who will get authorship. **4. How do I join this project?** List your contact information here. Give instructions for how you would like potential collaborators to get in contact with you, and the last date you'll be accepting collaborators. In addition to the answers above, you may want to provide interested collaborators with more detailed information, such as a more comprehensive project proposal or IRB protocol. From our own work, we've created a template for crowdsourced behavioral research that might provide a useful framework ([download here][3]). Researchers in other fields should feel free to alter this template for their own uses or create their own proposals. These documents can be uploaded to your project page. Please email the admins (manylab.osf.io) if you have further questions or would like help with any of these steps.
