Wiki Version:
Several environmental factors likely to be affected by quarantine measures such as screen use, and outdoor activities/exercise are known predictors of sleep. A modified version of the Sleep and Settle Questionnaire will be used to ask about key sleep quality indicators such as time to settle and night awakenings. Modifications include more precise reporting of bedtime and wake up time as well as questions regarding sleep arrangements and about any changes (in routines or arrangements) induced by the onset of social distancing measures. Change in sleep quality will be analysed with respect to screen time and the frequency of outdoors activity. Change in sleep quality will be used as predictor of changes in vocabulary growth (CDI) and EF performance (EEFQ).
