Wiki Version:
This is the wiki for a project that uses clinical and cognitive task data from the open UCLA Neuropsychiatric Phenomics data set to evaluate the role of efficiency of evidence accumulation (EEA), indexed by the diffusion decision model (DDM), as a possible transdiagnostic risk factor for psychopathology. The page contains 1) R code and cognitive task summary statistics used to obtain EZ DDM estimates, 2) code and cognitive task data used to estimate a bifactor model of general cognitive ability, 3) the final compiled data set used for inferential analyses and 4) the preprint manuscript. Raw data are openly available at: openneuro.org/datasets/ds000030/versions/00016.
