This section contains the stimuli and computerized programs (in PsychoPy) for each of the conditions used in Experiment 1 (Continuous Part-Whole and Discrete Part-Whole) and Exeperiment 2 (Continuous Part-Whole and Continuous Part-Part). Experiment 3 used the exact stimuli for all three versions of the paradigm used in Experiments 1 and 2. Each folder contains the videos, beginning and ending image stimuli, the list of stimuli and their parameters, and the PsychoPy program that controlled stimulus presentation and recorded data (for Experiments 1 & 2). Each folder also contains a README file that describes how the program works and more details about the folders and files. Experiment 3 to adults was administered via the online platform Gorilla (https://gorilla.sc/)
