"Dig That Lick" was an international project concerned with automatic analysis of melodic patterns in jazz improvisations - the "licks". A general idea behind the project was to trace musical influence based on borrowing of licks.
The outcomes of the project include:
- automatic melody estimation for 50K jazz tracks
- manual segmentation and annotation of XXX tracks
- pattern matching for XXX licks
- Adding XXX triples of metadata to Linked Open Data
