![FORRT Replication Database][1] **Content** - a template for easy and standardized replication reports - subprojects with published replication reports **Motivation** Despite their value for research, replication studies are often not reported in the social, cognitive, and behavioral sciences. We believe that this is due to difficulties that arise when researchers try to publish replications as well as a lack of incentives. Here, we provide a fast and low-threshold way to report replication attempts. **Instructions for submitting replications** Fill out the manuscript and request access to this project. We will create a component where you can upload the report, data, and materials. The component will be public with a DOI and it will inherit the CC-By Attribution 4.0 International license. **FORRT Replication Database** The report template adheres to the structure of the FORRT Replication Database. All replication reports will be added to the database. **References** The template is heavily based on the Data paper template provided by https://openpsychologydata.metajnl.com/.
