Wiki Version:
**PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE USING THESE DATASETS** These datasets represent the collaborative effort of over 30 European organisations to collate research on the distribution and prevalence of anthelmintic resistance. The spreadsheet marked "PUBLISHED" is the dataset used in Rose Vineer et al., 2020. doi: TBC The spreadsheet marked "LIVE" is a dataset that will be updated periodically to include new anthelmintic resistance research. We would be very grateful if authors could record their papers or unpublished data on the distribution and prevalence of anthelmintic resistance in this live dataset. We will also endeavour to check the literature at intervals and add any new research. **To contribute:** 1. Download the "LIVE" dataset 2. Check whether your paper or dataset is already included. 3. Add your record to the dataset, including a unique ID for each separate publication/unpublished dataset, or make changes to an existing record (e.g. if it was previously included as unpublished data and is now published). 4. Highlight the new/changed record(s) and send the spreadsheet to hannah.vineer@liverpool.ac.uk ________________________________________ *LIVE database update log:* *22/02/2021: Updated with records of AR in European livestock on the 22nd February 2021, based on a Web of Science search using the keywords "anthelmintic resistance".*
