Objectives
----------
To manage, monitor and coordinate the scientific and financial realization of FLAME.
Description of Work
-------------------
This WP encompasses all activities related to the effective scientific and financial management of FLAME. These activities include:
- The coordination and monitoring of all project activities, ensuring their progress and integration according to the proposed time schedule.
- The undertaking of all necessary actions for keeping the project on track and providing corrective actions in case of deviations.
- The review and quality assurance of all deliverables.
- The provision of progress reports to HFRI as foreseen in the funding rules or when requested
- The communication with the Management Unit of Special Research Account of NOA and with HFRI.
