This is a repository of all of the task files, analysis scripts, and data used in 'Prior probability cues bias sensory encoding with increasing task exposure' by Walsh et al. (2023). The preprint can be found here (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.07.15.549123v2.full.pdf). All scripts are written in Matlab. Both Matlab and SPSS files are included for the statistical analyses. A diagram of the recommended folder structure can be found in the Wiki.
