The folder 'Data and scripts' contains all the material related to saccade fits that were made with the Bouzat-DelPunta model, as well as the fitted main sequences. There is a markdown script that illustrates this fitting process: **SLOM_fits_for_martin.html**. Detailed documentation of the fitting process can be found at: https://github.com/richardschweitzer/PostsaccadicOscillations In the folders 'Experiment 3: Intra-individual' and 'Experiment 4: Inter-individual' you'll find the raw gaze-position data. See *legendForSacFiles.txt* for details on the meaning of the columns. In 'Results', there are a few data files. - *SLOM_sac_fits_params_1.csv*: Model parameters from saccade fits - *SLOM_sac_fits_1.csv*: raw saccade data and model predictions, i.e., position change relative to the onset of saccade, for inspection - *SLOM_sac_metrics_1.csv*: saccade metrics extracted from raw data, fitted data, and eyeball data. The endings with .p are the same saccade metrics as predicted by the fitted main sequence models - *SLOM_coef_dur_1.csv* and *SLOM_coef_vpeak_1.csv*: parameters of the fitted main sequence models for each subject, start position, and every dependent variable that might be of interest (i.e, raw, model, eyeball for right, left, both eyes) If you want to fit your own main sequences, then you only need *SLOM_sac_metrics_1.csv*. If you want to use my fits and directly correlate with a threshold from a certain condition, then *SLOM_coef_dur_1.csv* and *SLOM_coef_vpeak_1.csv* may be of interest.
