Products/projects coming out of SIPS (and who's keeping the ball rolling): **For candidates (David C. and Anita):** Creating a resource/guide on how to present yourself and your open science work. To be posted on the SIPS website. **For evaluation committees (Sanjay):** Immediate: Creating model job ad language for search committees. To be posted on the SIPS website. Longer-term potential: A consensus model and set of guidelines and resources for professional evaluation, to be adopted by institutions. ("TOP for hiring.") **Data collection (Katie):** Collecting data on current practices, policies, etc. (Potentially in the future): Pre and post data on how implementing these changes affects who gets hired, what they do after they're hired, other outcomes, etc.
