To be posted on the SIPS website. **For evaluation committees (Sanjay):** Immediate: Creating model job ad language for search committees. To be posted on the SIPS website. Longer-term potential: A consensus model and set of guidelines and resources for professional evaluation, to be adopted by institutions. ("TOP for hiring.") **Data collection (Katie):** Collecting data on current practices, policies, etc. (Potentially in the future): Pre and post data on how implementing these changes affects who gets hired, what they do after they're hired, other outcomes, etc.
