The discrimination-association model reconceived. Manuscript sumitted for publication. The file "Data_BlackWhiteIAT.mat" contains the responses of 355 White individuals and 36 Black individuals to the 212 trials of a Black-White IAT. The file contains the seven objects Category_whiteresp, Category_blackresp, Latency_whiteresp, Latency_blackresp, Response_whiteresp, Response_blackresp, Block_whiteresp, and Block_blackresp. The objects whose name ends with "whiteresp" contain data pertaining to White respondents, the objects whose name ends with "blackresp" contain data pertaining to Black respondents. - Category: the category of the presented stimulus 1 = White people; 2 = Black people; 3 = Good; 4 = Bad. - Latency: response time in milliseconds. - Response: response accuracy 1 = correct; 0 = incorrect. - Block: IAT block type 1 = practice blocks "White/Black" and "good-bad"; 2 = test blocks "White-good/Black-bad"; 3 = test blocks "White-bad/Black-good"
