*Research Question 1:* Why of Why don't more people use the OSF? *Hypothesis:* After learning about the OSF, attitudes about using it for project management will increase. *Background:* If i were doing this for real, I would provide a short statement identifying why this question matters and justifying the hypothesis. If I had any citations, I would cite them. I am going to save all the background literature in the private component that is attached to this component.
