## Contents of this directory ##
**Codebook for Flavell et al..pdf** describes each variable output by the lab.js software that handles stimulus presentation and response collection.
**flavelReplication_dataProcessingProtocol_realData.html** is an html-notebook showing the steps that should be taken to process the data for analysis. It includes narrative text and code chunks, commented to describe changes needed to run it locally, output that should and should not be publicly stored, etc. The corresponding editable document, **flavelReplication_dataProcessingProtocol_realData.Rmd**, may be edited and run to process data. Please contact Candice Morey (moreyc@cardiff.ac.uk) for support using these scripts.
The sub-directory **Preliminary data analysis scripts** contains mock-up materials we used to demonstrate an analysis workflow while the project was in review. These materials are superceded by the scripts in the parent directory.
