Description: The TRANS-ID recovery project aims to provide a better understanding of the mechanisms at play in the process of recovery from depression. Therefore, we have gathered experience sampling data (for 41 people with ~550 measurements per person), to map the micro-changes that take place over a period in which it is likely that individuals start to recover from depressive symptoms: during psychological treatment. We examine whether we can signal readiness for change before symptoms start to improve, which could lead to an improved, earlier recognition of recovery signals in future patients.
